Thursday Night Odaiba

Odaiba is right across the Rainbow Bridge from Tokyo. Lots of entertainment, shops, restaurants, and a good view too. Godzilla was there tonight. Not sure if he is destroying that tree or wishing us a Merry Christmas.

Bwana & Koji Collabs Released

Released yesterday with good response. Thanks for all the orders. I've been going through them all, and will be sending notification messages soon. Bearbrick World Wide Tour Opening Party

The Bearbrick World Wide Tour "Triumphant March" opens tomorrow in Shibuya. This show has been traveling around for a while now. The new show features a lot of the original pieces from the first few shows, as well as some new pieces. I think my favorites were Tim's Relphe (bottom picture) and Shag's Ancient Idol Bearbrick (not pictured). Around 60 pieces total, worth a look if you're in the area.

War & Peace

The last of our hand painted figures have been photographed and are ready to go. Please see my Bwana & Koji album on flickr for the complete set of figures with detailed photos. Pictured here is a 2 piece set called War & Peace. Both are standard size M1 figures, Ritora and Ragon. Mailing list members watch your mail for order information. Another Mini Zagoran. This one is clear vinyl. You can see the clear more in the head, and it fades into opaque.

Fancy Suit Keronia by Bwana & Koji

M1 Keronia. Another collaboration piece. This is my favorite one of the batch. The colors turned out really nice, and the detail in the face and head is like real. Very leafy.

My Wedding Gift

This is my wedding gift from Kiyoka. A hand made steel and glass showcase and set of 7 clear glow "rainbow" Zagoran figures. Almost like the set that was displayed at the Toy Karma art show, but with a few improvements. This one has a matte black finish, a larger Gargamel logo on the back panel, and a bigger mounting bracket on the back (this thing is heavy!). Can't wait to get this displayed. Thanks Kiyoka!

Just Married

Well, not really. We officially filed our papers on August 15th. Last weekend in Hamamatsu was our wedding party for family. And coming soon is our party for friends. That will happen here in Tokyo. Should be fun, but we still have some planning to do...

Cometdebris Zagoran

Another shot of Naoya's Zagoran, I just noticed it matches my blog header (up on top) pretty well.

My New Zagoran

Zagoran, hand painted by Naoya Ikeda. Light blue and orange on cream colored vinyl. With a light pink mouth, white claws and teeth, and a brown eye. Not a typical color combination, I especially like the soft colored details.
