SDCC Highlights: Customs

Preview Night at SDCC was by far the busiest day at the Gargamel booth. Kiyoka, Naoya, Katope, and I all brought a few pieces of all sizes. Kiyoka's limited edition camouflage Zagoran figures probably went the fastest, along with Kiyok and Naoya's customs. I hear the line stretched down the whole aisle.

SDCC Highlights: Portraits

Going to Royal Thai in the Gaslamp District of downtown San Diego has been a Grass Hut/Gargamel tradition for the past 4 years.
Their tables are covered with paper, and we always have pens. This year the theme became portraits, and Bwana and Chanmen did mine.

SDCC Gargamel Update

Just one more day of comic con. We sold out of the Crouching Zagoran and the Butanohana Thrash Man figures, and have just one more Helper/Relphe figure by Tim Biskup. Most of the customs from preview night have sold out, but a few remain. Here's a pic for those who might be interested.

In Los Angeles

We just arrived in Los Angeles and spent the day driving around and eating and shopping. Tomorrow is another free day before we head down to San Diego for Comic Con. I think everyone is going to sleep well tonight.
